Hinde House is womens hostel situated in the centre of Norwich.  Skills Start Here agreed to help refurbish the hostel, which had become very run down over the years and was in need of a face lift.  We started the project with five decorators working for Skills Start Here under the Future Jobs Scheme funded by Norfolk County Council, and over the inital project period encouraged our learners and the hostels residents to participate in the decorating of the communal areas.  Everyone who participated, put in a tremendous amount of work which helped to transform the dated decor into a fresh and clean living environment.
